FoundByAgent is a discovery directory for digital services. We help AI agents find services that providers have listed. We do not process transactions, provide legal advice, or act as an agent or intermediary between parties.

2. Listing your service

By installing the FoundByAgent snippet on your website, you confirm that you own or are authorized to represent the listed service, and that the information you provide is accurate. You can remove your listing at any time by removing the snippet.

3. No personal data

FoundByAgent does not collect personal data from providers or end users beyond what is technically necessary to operate the service (e.g., server logs). We do not sell, share, or use data for advertising.

4. AI agent access

The registry is publicly accessible to AI agents and other automated systems. By listing your service, you consent to your service information being retrieved by AI agents.

5. Accuracy of listings

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their service descriptions, pricing, and capabilities. FoundByAgent does not verify the accuracy of listed information beyond domain ownership.

6. Changes to the service

We may update these terms or the service at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
